Andrea Pedraza was Master Chocolatier and head of production for Morgen Chocolate (Dallas) from 1985 to 2009. Andrea apprenticed with Rex Morgen, a European-trained chocolate craftsman. Andrea is the North Texas region’s most talented master of Old-World truffle and chocolate making.
After 25 years with Morgen, Andrea enthusiastically spread her wings to create her own unique brand of gourmet signature truffles. In 2009, she opened CocoAndré, a family-owned boutique chocolatier, located near Dallas’ Bishop Arts District. Andrea and her team lovingly craft 100 percent cocoa butter-based, raw chocolates.
In addition to their retail store in north Oak Cliff, CocoAndré is sold at Eatzi’s on Oak Lawn and at all Central Market locations.
