Holiday Shipping

To ensure your gifts arrive on time, please be aware that the final day for ground shipping outside of Texas is Monday, December 18. For timely delivery after this date, we recommend choosing two-day or overnight shipping options.

As we embark on a temporary transition, our doors at 508 West 7th St, 75208, will officially close on December 31, 2023. During the transition period from December 27, 2023, to January 8, 2024, we will temporarily pause shipping orders.

Join us at our temporary location during this period, located at Olmo Market, 2111 South Edgefield Ave, 75224. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you in our new setting.

Shipping

CocoAndré ships during business days Tuesday & Wednesday to ensure delivery during the week, we do not ship over the weekend. ***if we have the desired product made, if not it may take longer to ship, if a product is urgently needed please call us.

For example: if you order Friday we will not ship until Monday or our next business day (or according to our store hours) and then shipping speed will come into play. If you need your items by a specific date please put in the notes when ordering and/or contact us via email or call us to ensure the product can arrive by desired date.

Ground Shipping - use this option if you are in Texas and Oklahoma these orders usually arrive the next business day.

Ground usually takes 3-5 business days outside of Texas.

During the warmer months of the year May - October, we ask that you choose next-day air or two-day air especially if the weather is over 85 degrees and when shipping out of state. We have the right to cancel an order if we believe it will not survive the travel time due to high temperatures. When ordering during these hotter Texas months we cannot guarantee that the chocolate will not melt but we will try our best and add ice packs and insulation. **Cocoandre, cannot be held responsible for damage caused by heat due to ordering in the hotter months of the year. We understand things may happen out of our control or shipping can be a headache, so please do not hesitate to call or email us and we will be glad to find a solution. As a small business shipping costs are an added expense but we try to find the most reasonable way to get your chocolates to you.

Return Policy

CocoAndré does not accept returns per food safety regulations and once the product has left our facility it cannot be restocked or returned. *Cocoandre, cannot be held responsible for damage caused by heat due to ordering in the hotter months of the year. We do work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our control. CocoAndré is not liable for shipping delays and/or damage caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
